He has written and published in scholarly journals, such as , ANKH: Journal of Egyptology and African Civilizations, Journal of Black Studies, The International Journal of Africana Studies, and Imhotep. He is an Assistant Professor at the Africana Studies and Research Center of Cornell University. He is a regular contributor to Tadias Magazine.

Regular . History - Today we began to learn about the causes of our War of Independence. The students created a chart for their own reference that showed the Middle, Southern, and New England Colonies. The students learned about democratic ideas that originated before the War as for example, the House of Burgesses, Mayflower Compact, Great Awakening, Magna Carta, and the English Bill of Rights. The immediate causes of the War were listed on the grease board which included the French Revolution, Stamp Act, Declaratory Act, Townshend Duties, Tea Act, Boston Massacre, Boston Tea Party, Intolerable Acts.

First Ethiopian-American Judge Hard at Work in Florida
Nina Ashenafi Richardson, an Ethiopian-American judge, who was elected to the Leon County bench in Florida on November 9th, 7558, is hard at work in the Sunshine State 8767 s capital county. Regular . History - I provided notes for Chapter 5 Section 8 that the test questions will be based upon. On Friday, I did the same for Chapter 5 Section 7. The test for Chapter 5, Sections 7 and 8 will be Tuesday for periods 6, 7, and 8. The test will be on Friday for period 9. Tomorrow we will move on to Chapter 5, Section 9 with a vocabulary sheet and a map.

We reconvened our groups. Each group priotitized the issues listed above and submitted. Each group member picked one of the topic above to find secondary and primary source documents to show the conditions of the time. Those materials should be brought to class tomorrow. The groups will convene and write an argumentative essay justifying the national priorities for the Progress era from the above list.
