I mentioned in one of the posts about the history of the Harvey Mercheum website about how I looked to the websites I was already visiting for inspiration. One trend I have noticed recently is the addition of some sort of “tip jar” functionality. I hate popups, and refuse to “monetize” the Harvey Mercheum website, but these links seem unobtrusive.
