If you’re the mom of an independent toddler, you know the struggle is real when it comes to dressing them. They want to be completely in control of what they pick out to wear, and sometimes it can be an interesting combination. But the way I see it, they’re only young once. If they want to wear a green shirt with orange shorts, so be it. If they’re happy, does it really matter?

My son is crazy active. I mean, what three year old boy isn’t? His back to school wardrobe is a good mix of casual and athletic, given he will be running around a lot while at preschool. I headed to Burlington for a lot of his athletic and screen printed tees because I always get a great deal on them there. Brace yourself for the craziness. Are you ready? All of what you’re about to see was only $100! Insane in the membrane, right?

As a member of the Burlington Style Squad™, one of the cool things I get to do is share some of my favorite finds with all of you. Here’s what I picked up for my little man:

Here’s a price breakdown:

T-shirts (3): 2 at $5.99 each and 1 at $4.99

Track suit (includes jacket, t-shirt, and pants): $19.99

Tennis shoes: $16.98

Casual shoes: $19.99

Athletic pants: $9.99

2 piece shorts and shirt: $4.99

Long sleeve tee: $6.98

Long sleeve pullover with hood :$8.99

I happened to be there on tax free weekend in Georgia, so I saved even more! So crazy, right?! I love finding a good balance between athletic and casual wear. I want him to be able to move around comfortably while still looking put together. Screen printed tees and athletic wear just happen to be super trendy this season for back to school, and luckily, he was a fan of everything I picked out :)

Be sure to head to your nearest Burlington and see for yourself! I promise you’ll find great deals on name brand items :) You can also donate to DonorsChoose.org, an online non-profit organization that helps classrooms in need. During the campaign, your $1 donation in a Burlington store or online will help in funding teachers’ projects who have posted on DonorsChoose.org. It’s such a great way to give back and pay it forward to others in need.

Check out my haul video and let me know what you think!
