Recipes with a little room for customisation are always the best, and the Buddha Bowl fits the bill perfectly. It doesn't appear that there is a universal agreement on what exactly a 'Buddha Bowl' has to be, but from 'research' (aka a quick google search) they seem to be any bowl that include a variety of vegetables, healthy fats, a dressing and vegetarian protein.
