BUCN Perfect : Pens Prospects Camp 2013

In case you all haven’t received the email from the Penguins, there will be a FREE scrimmage at Consol on Saturday July 20^th spotlighting the following prospects:

Tristan Jarry – goalie from Canada for the Edmonton Oil Kings
Olli Maatta – defenseman from Finland for the London Knights
Derrick Pouliot – defenseman from Canada for the Portland Winterhawks
Scott Harrington – defenseman from Canada for the London Knights
Brian Dumoulin – defenseman from the US (Boston College) for the WBS Penguins
Oskar Sundqvist – center from Sweden for Skelleftea AIK (a Swedish Hockey League team)
Eric Hartzell – goalie from the US for Quinnipiac University

I realize we are all still bitter about the loss to Boston, but these guys are truly the future of the Penguins. The camp runs from July 16^th – 20^th, and the coaches from the WBS Penguins (including Bill Guerin) will be there instructing these guys.

A few things worth mentioning… All the defensemen besides Pouliot are over SIX FEET TALL, they are all right around the 200lb mark too = 12 pretty big guys. Seven of them already play for the WBS Pens.
