As soon as we walked in, Kid #1 walked over and sat in a chair with a book. There’s a few breakables here of course–I guess he wasn’t taking any chances!
While I was browsing around, the owner was quick to point out a few pieces of interest. How did I miss these?
She’s got an 1880′s British Soldier’s drum! Now that’s something you don’t see every day! Wouldn’t you love to know the story behind that one?
Kid #2 referred to that one, excitedly, as “um!” I’m glad that one was located up high and out of reach!

There’s also a few fantastic french pieces–we’re talkin’ inlaid wood and in great condition!
You know, the kind of thing I think I could handle owning after the kids are all grown up and moved out! Just beautiful.
Located in the old downtown in Brownsburg, Indiana, you’ll find plenty of things inside this old shop to keep you occupied!
About the middle of the store you’ll see a whole bunch of dishware. Isn’t that just fun? There’s really great patterns and styles here.
