Broccoli Capsicum Stir Fry

Broccoli Capsicum Stir Fry is a combo of roasted capsicum and blanched broccoli in fried onions with masala. Can be served with Poori | Phulka | Roti.
Ingredients:
Broccoli- 200 g (1 medium size broccoli)
Capsicum | Bell Pepper - 2 (Finely Chopped)
Onion- 2 (Thinly Sliced)
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tbsp
Oil- 2 tbsp
Green Chilly- 2 (Chopped)
Chilly Powder- 1 tbsp
Pepper- 1 tsp
Garam Masala- 1 tsp (optional)
Salt as per taste
Water- 500 ml with salt for blanching

Method:

Broccoli Capsicum Stir FryMake bite size florets of broccoli and set aside.
Boil water with salt and blanch broccoli for 4 minutes.
Drain broccoli and throw away the blanched water.
Heat oil in a wok and fry green chillies.
Add onions and salt and fry onion till golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and fry well till the raw smell goes.
Broccoli Capsicum Stir FryAdd finely chopped capsicum and fry well till capsicum is crisp.
Add chilly powder and garam masala.
Fry for a minute and add blanched broccoli.
Stir and add pepper and put off the flame.
Serve hot with Poori.
