Broccoli and Potatoes Recipe

This Broccoli and Potatoes Recipe is nothing to look at. It’s not fancy. It’s not show-stopping. But it’s something my Italian grandmother used to make that I just couldn’t get enough of!

Although she never had the chance to teach me how to make her Broccoli and Potatoes recipe, while playing around in the kitchen years ago I figured it out. We always called it “Greens.”

I always eat it with ketchup over the top. I know, that sounds funny, but it’s what she did and so it’s what I do, too. You can’t argue with your Italian grandma!
