It may be Friday but I will be working the weekend. I will definitely be looking forward to a few days off starting Wednesday. I am making a trip to San Antonio and back home to east Texas to do a little wedding dress shopping with my mom and Hannah.
Speaking of weddings…they are expensive!! So Brent and I have been trying to save more money and cook at home. We have always loved to cook but we recently began menu planning and grocery shopping on Sunday afternoons for the whole week. We pull out his iPad and use the Big Oven app to find and save recipes. It really has been a lifesaver to keep meals fresh and fun. It’s also great quality time for me and Brent each evening.
I am in love with white hydrangeas. I have multiple arrangements around my house and would love for white hydrangeas to be the main flower at our wedding!
If you have been reading our blog you know that we love to watch tv. Brent and I have a new obsession but it’s a little unexpected because it’s not a hot new show. It’s the Sopranos!! This show about an Italian mobster premiered in 1999 but we are able to watch all the seasons on HBO Go.
