It's said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and it's definitely important to fuel up in the right way before starting off your day. Due to hectic schedules and lie-ins, it's also the thing that most people skip, but it doesn't have to be difficult or time consuming to create delicious meals that can be eaten quickly at home, or even on the go if needed. Fuss-free, easy and simple to put together with whatever is on hand at home, I give you the breakfast bowl. 
Above it's presented in a pretty little bowl, but you could easily make this in a pot to take with you on the go - just don't forget a spoon to have it with! The beauty of this dish is really in the simplicity, and it's completely tailorable to you - just chuck whatever you want/have in and your pretty much done. Here's my choices of combination:
YoghurtBerries FruitGranola
Nuts
HoneyEmily's Crunchy Fruit Crisps - these would also be great for snacking on throughout the day
Mix it all up together, or the ingredients that you want and there you have it, a colourful, healthy and great tasting breakfast that you'll never have to miss! Don't forget a (mandatory) cup of coffee to go with it!
