Bread Rolls

By Divyagattani88
Bread rolls are probably the quickest and easiest snack that you can make with some bread slices and potatoes. Normally the first thing which comes to mind when we have bread slices and potatoes at home is to make sandwiches, but with the same ingredients we can make bread rolls, they look nice and you can serve them as starters for your kitty parties or any parties. Instead of potatoes you can have variation by using paneer as stuffing.

5. With the help of a rolling pin or belan, roll the bread slices as thin as you can make. Repeat the process for all the bread slices.
6. Place about 1 tsp of masala on one end of the rolled out bread slice.
7. Gently roll in from one end, making sure that the filling stays well within the first turn of the roll.
8. Roll it gently and seal it by putting a little water on the other side of the bread slice.
9. Wrap all the rolled bread slices in a damp muslin cloth. Rest it for 10 minutes.
