Boyish Layering at Di Rosa

Boyish Layering at di Rosa
There are three things that I firmly believe always go together; art, fashion, and wine. The di Rosa art gallery in the Napa Valley combines two of my three. Part art gallery, part installation art walk, and full part wine country, di Rosa is a stunning property not to be missed.
Piggybacking off of my Men's Fashion Week post, I wanted to share my take on boyish styling! I have always enjoyed borrowing from the men - shopping in the men's department for coats, borrowing the brogue shoe style, and newsboy caps are always fun style twists.
For today's outfit I styled my Banana Republic Dillion button down under a chunky, oversize crop sweater, and topped with off with a Uniqlo men's cashmere/wool coat. My jeans I DIY'ed, by taking a pair of scissors to the hem which was much too long, and updating them with the ever-trendy uneven step-hem. My boots are Alexander Wang from seasons past; their fabric texture play well off the coat and overall cozy outfit.
