We installed a Navien CH 240 ASME combi boiler boiler with two zones and domestic tankless water heater. The benefit of this boiler is the 98% efficiency, low cost and modulating heat exchanger. It is also possible to program this boiler to run at a percentage of it’s capacity to limit fuel use. This system works best with a primary loop and secondary loop pipe design, utilizing the boiler relay for controlling the power supply to the zone controller and pumps.
