Boots is convenienty located in our town center. When I am out and about and need a quick fix for lunch or a snack on the go, I usually shop at Boots as they have a fabulous Meal Deal: You can buy any sandwich or salad plus any drink and any snack for 3.29 GBP or less. There are lots of different brands and varities to choose from.
This time however, I didn't shop for a lunch but I shopped for some snacks and drinks for an enjoyable night in.
I have been studying hard for my training and just wanted a little treat for a Friday night. I don't know about you but for me a Friday night treat is reading in peace and watching a good movie. I just want to put my feet up and relax in the comfort of my home. I chose one of my favorite movies to watch once again: Midnight in Paris by Woody Allen and bought some treats for myself.
As you may know,Coca Cola owns many brands such as Fanta, Schweppes, Dr. Pepper, Lilt and Vitamin Water. I only occasionally drink fizzy drinks so I wasn't aware of Coca Cola Cherry. I wanted to try it so I bought a bottle of Coca Cola Cherry, a few bottles of Coca Cola Zero and a bottle of Diet Coke for my mom who is trying to get rid of a few pounds.
I was intrigued by the Jamie Oliver products that are exclusively sold at Boots. We love his recipes so I thought I would buy one of his sandwiches for my husband to take to work for lunch.
After browsing the shelves I came home with the following :
Just as I was walking towards the check outs, I came across the magazines and bought one of my favorite ones : The Green Parent.
I throughly enjoyed my night in. It is just nice to have a break, doing your favorite things.
