Book review of Protostar
“There is a force that exists in this universe that is uncontrollable and impossible to contain by any man, creature, or entity. It is an overwhelming, all-consuming power that can either build or break whatever it touches. That force . . . is something called love.”
Book BlurbOn the brink of Civil War, the Torrian Alliance continues with its mission to obliterate Star-children across the universe in order to suppress an intergalactic evil. Following the recommendations of his Council, King Gregorio Derry has agreed to send his only son William, on a mission to restore honor to his family. What starts out routine, becomes a lot more complicated as an inopportune crash landing delays the assassination. During this time, William begins to form a 'connection' with Sydney that challenges his inner being. But this conflict is the least of his problems, as a conspiracy back on his home planet Fabricius threatens the lives of those he loves and his father's royal legacy. Along with that, he must unravel a hidden threat here on Earth that seeks to secure a vested interest that threatens both his and Sydney's safety. Will William be able to complete his mission or will he choose love, sacrificing everything he stands for?My reviewIt’s simple, soft and is a wonderful book that you can read it at one go. It is an incredible piece of story on love of two lovebirds that apparently don’t belong from two different states or countries but in fact they belong from two different parts of the universe. Prince William Walker Jeremiah Derry, who is destined to kill the star child from earth, Sydney, falls in love when he meets her. And the love blossoms with the passage of time but IMPI, an artificial intelligence assists William in his endeavours on Earth and helps him find the star child. But the love of Sydney and her grandmother Sarah make him feel more at home and the thought of killing Sydney, fades away and he vows to protect the Star Child with all his might for it is only love that conquers all. The climax of the novel is just thrilling and it keeps you in the hunt of what happens next. A must read book for all those who want to know what it is to love a guy from another Universe. Braxton, has done a wonderful job in proving that Love alone is the most powerful force in the UniverseJust grab a copy of the Protostar by BRAXTON A.
