First love… What a feeling it is to be in love for the first time in your life, especially when you are a teenager. You tend to do many things which might be right or might be wrong. You dwell on various emotions such as love, hatred, anger, affection etc. Many times you are not in a position to control a few of them.

But obviously you feel totally different; the hard work you put to let that relationship work and survive is even more than anything else on this earth. Sometimes you behave childishly and surprisingly you become protective at times. Battle with those emotions almost never ends.

Who does not want their first love to be the last and who do not want it to be the most memorable experience? You tend to create tons of memories with your partner and inspire to protect those memories throughout your life.

But will this perception and memories help Sahil and Tamanah to save their relationship?

Will they be able to fight against their bad time?

BOOK REVIEW: First And Foremost

It took me 2 hours to complete the book. I won’t say I was into the book completely, but yeah I just kept on turning pages upon pages just to find what exactly happened between Sahil and Tamanah, (the main book characters around whom the whole story revolved) when their relationship was going so smooth and they are so much in love with each other since their school and during their college time afterwards.

Basically, I found this book to be more relatable to the teenagers. It’s a kind of romantic story that school going and college going youth would relate to the most and enjoy reading. As we say,” Wo umar hi kuch aisi hoti hai.”

Do you guys agree with me?

There are times when two lovers are so into each other that everything seems like a fairy tale and everything seems beautiful. Those times when the whole of their class comes to know about the both and so on… Everyone goes through these things once in their lifetime, whether they are witnessing it or living it.

There are times when two lovers fight, misunderstood each other and there are times when few people get into their way and create misunderstandings and things like these keep on going in the entire book. So, I didn’t really find anything new, to be honest. It’s definitely a very fun read and I highly recommend this book to the teenagers. They will definitely enjoy reading it.

Coming to the book cover, I found it quite relatable and apt. Author’s writing has that desired flow and language is quite simple and easy. I found the pace of the book neither slow nor fast. Overall, It was a light one time read for me.
