About to board a plane again -- another multiple-leg work trip to Asia, with my good friend Sandra. (We've worked + traveled together on somewhat of a sporadic basis these last couple of years. India would have been our fifth country together, alas didn’t have time to renew our visas & ended up having to cancel. (just as an FYI, Indian visa processing procedures for US citizens have recently changed -- in case anyone is planning a trip. And if my recent experience has any bearing, VISA Express and similar incredible agencies that normally McGyver my last-minute visas without a hitch were unable to guarantee their usual 24-hour turnaround time at this point.) Anyway, today is one of those red-eye days when I get to see the sun come up at three different airports. I'll see you on the other side.
