With the amount of tunes I get to listen to on a daily basis, I tend to not be able to cover everything I'd like to. Although I'm well aware of Blood Orange, I somehow missed his great tune "Chamakay" from a month ago. This song is off his upcoming November 19th release Cupid Deluxe, which I can't wait for. This track features some solid vocal harmonies from Caroline Polachek of Chairlift, who adds a whole different vibe with Dev Hynes (Blood Orange). The beat takes on everything from a tropical sound, electronic, chillwave, and even R&B. It's the genius that is Blood Orange and I absoulutely am pretty pumped for what this album has in store for the listeners.
