Hello and welcome to Day 10 of Blogtober and today the theme is favorite places and spaces.
Although I live in a big city I am still a Somerset girl at heart so my absolute favorite place is Weston Super Mare! I love it partly because the area is so familiar to me so it feels like going home, and also because it was somewhere I went when I was a child and I love being able to now take my son there.
I am very sad this year as we haven't been able to make it down for a visit and I do like to see the sea at least once a year (although seeing the tide in at Weston is very rare!!!).
I have dug through my photos and found some from about two years ago when we took Oliver for a short stay to celebrate his sixth birthday.
