Fresh NYC noise rock by Queens band Blanche Blanche Blanche. A nod to Sonic Youth, just a whiff of The Replacements and presto: a recipe for becoming an underground favorite. Their new album Breaking Mirrors drops November 5th on Wharfcat Records.
Sarah Smith (vocals) and Zach Phillips ((synthesizer) are the core. The new album is their first with a full band. Adam Steck (bass), Quentin Moore (guitar), Colin White (guitar), and Jo Miller-Gamble (drums/e-drums) lend a hand creating rambling mayhem.
Release party show at 285 Kent in Brooklyn, NY on November 6th, with Jad Fair (Half Japanese).
