I’m really excited about an upcoming television series called THE BIBLE! This epic 10-hour series is being produced by Roma Downey (Touched by an Angel) and her husband, Mark Burnett (The Voice, Survivor, Shark Tank, Celebrity Apprentice). It premieres on March 3, 2013 on the History Channel, with Blu-ray and DVD versions to follow. Downey plays Jesus’s mother, Mary. In conjunction with this news, they have been releasing poignant videos showing scenes from the series, with famous musical artists singing in the background.
