Blackberry Jam FragranceBlackberry Jam Fragrance Oil – Fragrance Spotlight

Natures Garden’s Blackberry Jam Fragrance Oil is a bestselling fragrance.  One might ask “what is the difference between jam and jelly.  Jam, jelly and preserves are all made with fruit that is mixed with sugar and pectin, an indigestible carbohydrate or fiber.  Pectin can be found in the cell walls of most fruit.  When heated with sugar in water, it gels, giving jam, jelly and preserves their thickness.  Jam is made from the crushed pulp of the fruit while jelly is made strictly from the juice of the fruit.  And in preserves, the fruit comes from chunks in a syrup.  You can tell the difference between jam and jelly by sight as jelly spreads pretty evenly and jam will tend to be a little lumpy.
