Make it a habit to drink lots of water, this helps in keeping your body and the skin well hydrated. It also cleanses your body from inside and keeps your skin free from acne, blemishes and so on. Water can make your skin supple, soft and glowing.

Determine your skin type:

You must know your skin type before you use a skin care product. Check if you have oily, dry, normal or a combination skin and then choose the product for your skin. Do not use a number of products at one time. These may cause a mixed reaction on your skin. So, you must be very careful before you start using a product on your skin.

Teenagers are often attracted by advertisements in the televisions by celebrities showing a new product and they buy them thinking that these products are good for your skin. But before buying the product you must check whether that particular product is good for your skin type. So it is important that you take the guidance of the elders when you choose skin care products. If you choose the wrong product, it may even harm your skin and make things worse for you.

Moisturizing skin every day:

It is important that you moisturize your skin. This will keep your skin well hydrated and increases the water content of the top layer of the skin. Use a moisturizer that is suitable for your skin.

Proper usage of facial cleanser:
