You might have noticed that since March 2020 I have not posted any outdoor outfit posts. That is because I did not step out to 'shoot' outfit posts. All my outfits were shot at home, until recently.
In the past month I stepped out twice to shoot for two campaigns (one & two). Both times I ensured that I will be in locations, at the times when they were not crowded. Both times was wearing masks. Both times, I maintained more than six feet of social distancing. And if I may say so myself, both times I felt stylish and yet safe (scroll down to see both my outfits with masks). I am grateful that the brands that I chose to work with were equally committed towards public safety and emphasized on following safety protocols which in turn made me feel safe and even excited to collaborate with them.
Now I am not making a comment on how others choose to shoot their work but I AM making a request to everyone to FUCKING wear a mask. There is absolutely no excuse to be in public and not wear one. Prevention is better than cure. Your mask helps protect those around you. Masks are a simple barrier to help prevent your respiratory droplets from reaching others. Studies show that masks reduce the spray of droplets when worn over the nose and mouth. You should wear a mask, even if you do not feel sick.
How to Safely Wear & Take Off A Mask
Outfit details are not available for what I am wearing as either the pieces are several seasons old or were bought during one of my past travels. However, I am linked a few things which are similar to what I have on below:
