Beer52 Responds: New Improved Service & Beers!

Hi there.

You may recall a few months back, I reviewed Beer52, on the whole I recommended them with severe reservation because of all the problems I found with their service all in all.

Beer52 have been in touch to let me know that they have been listening to their customers and have improved their service, don’t take my word for it though, here’s what they have to say…

You Spoke, We Listened

Over the last few month’s at Beer52, we’ve ran a number of member feedback sessions to identify key area’s we can improve on to offer a better service.

The Main Issue’s

Customer Service – Slow response times

Cancellations – Difficult to cancel

Delivery – Boxes going missing, deliveries taking too long, bottles smashing.

Beers – Hit & miss beer selection

What We’ve Done

We’ve built a great team including 2 new customer experience superstars, supporting our members 7 days a week. This has reduced response times to minutes rather than days.

Cancellation anytime can be done online from the ‘my account’ section of our site and takes less than 60 seconds

We’ve switched our courier service from Hermes to Royal Mail. Now over 98% of orders are delivered on time and without breakages.

We’ve also added two more extremely passionate craft beer enthusiasts to our team, Erin & Lynn both formerly of BrewDog. Now we’re featuring breweries such as Mikkeller, Evil Twin, Beavertown, TO OL, Atom & Buxton Brewery to name a few. We work directly with breweries which means the beer is fresh as it’s brewed just for us – in your glass within 4-6 weeks of being brewed.”

It all sounds very promising, especially the premise behind the fresh beer.
As a show of faith Beer52 have asked me to check out some of their new and improved beers to see what’s what.
