Now I'm definitely a bronzed type of gal all year around. Although my foundation shades get paler as we get closer to Christmas, I love to keep on adding lots of bronzer to keep my face looking a teeny weeny bit more tanned, however don't worry, I don't over do it! After wanting to delve a bit further into Soap & Glory's makeup offerings, I decided to pick up their ever talked about, Solar Powder.
When I seen that this product was a dual product I was like 'urgh', as I had the impression that it was solely a bronzer, however, the highlighting shades shimmer particles aren't as evident on the skin - thank the lord. The bronzer shade is a matte, neutral tone which is great for both creating shadows whilst adding warmth to the skin without looking orange. For an all over bronze I like to use a large brush and dust this onto my cheeks and temples, not creating a focused contour, but an all over glow. I find the cardboard packaging a little bit flimsy and gets really grubby and worn easily, but hey, you can't win everything.
Another love from Soap and Glory right now, I'd love for you to recommend me some more of their makeup products - I really want to try more! Let me know in the comments whether you still use bronzer in the colder months and if you've ever tried this one. Thanks for reading!
