In 2015, our eyebrows have been bigger and bolder than ever. With multiple steps being taken to get those furry buggers groomed to perfection, I decided to buy something to up my 'brow game'...
A brand that has been on everybody's lips over the past few years has been Anastasia Beverely Hills. Before they were recognised for their liquid lipsticks and contour kits, eyebrows were more their point of focus & particularly their DipBrow Pomade (£15). I can't quite describe the formula of this, it's not a gel, nor a powder or a mouse, it's more of a cream consistency which is surprisingly easy to work with despite how 'hard' it looks in the glass pot. Coming in numerous shades from blondes to blacks, the product can be used to create a more defined, structured and clean looking brow, whilst looking natural where needs be.
That was what I was nervous about, my brows not looking as natural as I liked them but with a really light hand and a lot of spoolie work, they can look anywhere from natural, to full-on bold. I'm not going to lie, I'm still getting to grips with the best way to use this product. But as of now, I'm taking the tiniest little bit on my angled brush, drawing a line above and below my brow with the product, meeting at the tail, then working it with a spoolie. I'll then go in and fill in any sparse areas and use whatever is left on the brush in the front of my brow. A quick clean up with some concealer, a dash of brow gel and bada-bing-bada-boom, badass brows.
So I am now totally head-over-heels-in-love with this product. Have you tried it yet? What type of products do you use on your brows? Let me know in the comments below. & I am totally not sorry for using the term 'on fleek' in today's post title!
