Chinese illustrator and painter Chen Yingjie (aka: Hua Tunan) creates energetic, lively paintings. Using a splattering technique, he creates beautiful creatures that radiate with vibrant colors. Night Owl is one of his recent pieces filled with a dynamic power that emanates from the bird’s single golden eye.
Tunan’s formal training in classic Chinese painting is the foundation upon which he develops his modern and lively artworks. He doesn’t typically sell his work but, just recently, he made Night Owl available in the Street Art News shop as an edition of 35 prints that were numbered and signed by the artist.
