Beach Girl

Beach Girl
I've never been a beach girl. Growing up, my parents' idea of a vacation was camping- which I love. While my friends all told me about their cruises and trips to the beach, I would tell them about my weekends on ATV's and eating hot dogs. There were a few "water vacations", but for the most part, the beach was foreign. So living next to a beach for the last year and a half has been an amazing experience. There are few sounds more calming than the come-and-go of the waves, squishing sand between your toes is a cathartic experience, and breathing in that salty sea air has got to have real healing qualities.
Since my constant beach-time is coming to an end, I'm soaking it in as much as I can and this swimsuit from Kortni Jeane is helping me do just that! I love a great, supportive, and vintage swimsuit, and Kortni Jeane is all of those things. I decided to go with a solid black one-piece that has a removable halter strap. I also decided to get two of the peplum accessories, for a little flare- one in black and one in black and white stripes. Kortni Jeane has a wide variety of colors and patterns and with the peplum add-ons you can mix and match all you want!
