A woman holds her umbrella against strong winds and rain  brought about the typhoon.  Tropical storm ‘Gorio’ (international name ‘Rumbia’) crossed Luzon hastily toward the West Philippine Sea, making landfall five times overnight. Ricky Fabregas, forecaster of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the storm has maintained its strength with maximum winds of 65 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph.
