Oolong Tea Soft Serve + mini bubbles @barpatea
Matcha has ruled the asian ice cream 🍦game for far too long... Oolong tea is less earthy than matcha 🍵, so it tastes a lot lighter. I actually preferred it to matcha. And who would've thought that chewy bubble tea pearls would work so well with ice cream?! I chose the mini ones as a topping - you can also choose regular sized and for them to be on the bottom (although I'm not sure why you would want that 🤔). All the pearls are made fresh every two hours
