After a solid last week of releases, new music keeps on rocking with a treasure trove of new tracks and albums out this week! First is Diarrhea Planet’s amazing new album, Turn to Gold, and we were lucky enough for the band to share with us a playlist of the tracks that inspired the new album. Next Nite Jewel released a new album, Liquid Cool, laden with her classic lo-fi sound, Band of Horses is back with their fifth album, Why Are You OK, adding to their unceasing evolution of sound, and Broncho has graced us with the slowed-down, laid-back Double Vanity. Wye Oak has shared a surprise new album, Tween, and Temper Trap has given us Thick as Thieves four years after their last release. Last but not least, Peter Bjorn and John have returned to the music scene with their groundbreaking new album, Breaking Point and Fitz and the Tantrums have put out a self-titled album after their wildly successful debut More Than Just a Dream.
