Baked Chicken Parmesan

Baked Chicken ParmesanDo you love Chicken Parmesan, but hate the mess and the many dirty plates left in your kitchen to clean. Well I have the solution; “ Baked Chicken Parmesan” . Only the use of a single baking pan, topped with croutons, which serves as the crunch for the dish.



4-5 Chicken Breast

Salt,Pepper, Cayenne Pepper to taste

1/2 tsp Minced garlic

Olive oil

1c Marinara Sauce

1c Mozzarella Cheese + to sprinkle on top

Parmesan Cheese

Basil leaves

Garlic Croutons



1. Gather all of the ingredients.

2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper, cover the bottom of the dish with olive oil and minced garlic, place the chicken in the baking dish so that they all fit in nicely.


Pick the marinara sauce of your choice.

3. Pour the 1 cup of Marinara sauce over the chicken so it is covered completely


4. Chop your basil into smaller pieces and add on top.


5. Add your 1 cup of Mozzarella Cheese to cover the chicken  ( You can add as little or as much as you want) then sprinkle some Parmesan cheese as well.  Cover it with the garlic croutons.


6. Lastly top it off with the remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese

7. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 mins. NOTE: The thicker the chicken the longer it must cook so up to 1 hour in the oven. Then your done.

Serve alone or you can add spaghetti or anything of your choice. Enjoy!
