Bake Eggless Chocolate Cake At Home

It's a bet that in this entire world, no one is there who does not love to eat chocolate cake. But, one thing that can resist anyone to have a slice of this appetizing cake is the use of eggs while baking it. Although, the bakeries assure the vegetarians about the ignorance of eggs in a chocolate cake still they are unable to satisfy them. Right? Ingredients:

1 cup condensed milk

¾ cup butter

1 ½ cup flour

3 tablespoons cocoa powder

¾ tablespoon baking soda

1 tablespoon baking powder

¼ tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon vinegar

¾ tablespoon vanilla extract

¾ cup warm milk

2 cups powdered sugar

¼ cup cold milk

Ingredients for Chocolate Frosting

½ cup butter

½ cup of cocoa powder

½ cup powdered sugar or icing sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

¼ cup cold milk

Note: Double the ingredient to prepare the two-layer eggless cake.

Method of Baking:-
  1. Firstly, take a large bowl and pour one cup condensed milk in it and also add the butter on it. And, then blend the mixture with the help of the hand blender. Mix it well till the mixture turns smooth and fluffy.
  2. Now, sieve the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt well. And after that, mix them gently without disturbing the air-bubbles.
  3. Add vinegar to make it more soft and spongy.
  4. Add vanilla extract.
  5. Then, add warm milk and mix them well until the batter gets smooth.
  6. Meanwhile, preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius and then pour the cake batter into a cake mould. Do not forget to use a butter paper in the bottom of the container to avoid stickiness.
  7. Spread the whole batter gently with the help of a spatula in the container by avoiding the air bubbles.
  8. And now, let the cake bake at a temperature of 356 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius. It will take 25 to 30 minutes to bake properly.
  9. Now, check the status of your baked cake by using a toothpick. Insert it into its center and see if it comes out clean. If it is clean then your cake is baked otherwise leave it for a few minutes more.
  10. After it gets baked, leave it for cooling.

Recipe for Chocolate Frosting
  1. First of all, take a half cup of butter in a large bowl and beat it till it becomes smooth and fluffy. Then, add ½ cup cocoa powder in it.
  2. Add 2 cups powdered sugar, a tablespoon of vanilla extract, and ¼ cup cold milk.
  3. Now, beat the whole mixture well till it turns smooth.
