If there’s one place in the Philippines I would genuinely love to go over and over again, that is Baguio City. The reasons are simply because of the obvious things: cold weather, picturesque landscape and the scent of the pine trees. Baguio is definitely my favorite! I have been constantly visiting the place for many years and I thought I have already visited majority of the tourist attractions, if not all. I have much nothing to explore than to try the world class hotels in Baguio. Recently, together with my travel buddies, we went to the City of Pines to spend a one of a kind weekend in Le Monet Hotel.
Le Monet Hotel is a four star hotel located in the heart of Camp John Hay. The hotel comes with a fusion of countryside sophistication and modern style in their 70 deluxe rooms and amenities that fits everyone desire.
This institution promises to fulfill its commitment of providing value for money accommodations that adhere to international standards of quality. Moreover, its location will give everyone the real Baguio experience for the hotel is surrounded by picturesque view of pine trees and mountain range.
First thing to wow upon entering this first class property is the luxurious hanging crystal chandeliers that emanate opulent and grand, making every guests look forward to a wonderful stay at Le Monet Hotel. In addition, staffs were all courteous and attended all our needs 24/7.

Le Monet has four types of room: The Deluxe Twin, Junior Suite, Deluxe King and One Bedroom Suite. Chino and Darwin were my roommates and assigned at the Deluxe Room for two nights, the rest occupied the other two deluxe rooms. Check out their promo rates.
Rooms are equipped with strong Wi-Fi access, TV, DVD player, refrigerator, in-room safe, key card locking system and hi – tech bathroom. The room is air-conditioned and has its own balcony. Obviously, the beds are soft and designed to have a sweet reverie after a long day of countryside tour of activities. It provided us the utmost convenience and relaxation we're looking forward to.
Bathroom comes with TV that will make you stay longer, such a awesome way to have.
The Lobby
The Lobby is the resident restaurant of Le Monet. They severe a wide range variety of cuisine, on our first night we had fresh veggies and Japanese dishes that pretty satisfied my craving for healthy dinner.
After our dinner we headed to Malt Room, the bar of the hotel, and had an all time favorite activity - KTV to release our singing prowess. We started around 9:00PM and ended around 5:00AM. The bar closes at 12:00AM so we moved to hotel's veranda to continue the night and had our drink. It was really a fun long night catching up with my friend's travel stories and discussing life at its serious note.
Only had 3 hours of sleep, we had no choice but to wake up to catch up for the famous breakfast buffet in Baguio City. They served a widespread of continental and local dishes. Personal favorite is the carrot walnut cake, by far the nicest version I've ever tasted, unfortunately I forgot to take photo of because I'm overwhelmed of its taste.
One thing for sure, no one could ever think of that hotels in Baguio has its own swimming pool because of the weather, but Le Monet Hotel has this indoor pool, perfect for those who wants to take a dip even it's cold outside. No need to endure the cold temperature.
Staying for 3D2N in Le Monet Hotel is one of the most splendid trips I've ever had in Baguio. This is the first time I stayed longer in a hotel rather than exploring the city, spending extra time in our room is such a comforting moments you would not like to put to an end; serving their most mouth - watering food is a delight.
World class facilities and over - the - top customer service satisfaction are what Le Monet Hotel offers. Also the reasons why I will keep coming back to this luxury hotel. Truly, a wonderful experience.
