Baby Announcement with Cantoni Font

I was thrilled when my client Allison asked me to use my hand lettering

in the baby announcement for her beautiful baby boy Teagen Daniel.

A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E!

I immediately contracted the services of  the talented Bevery Verbeke to create the design

while I focused on the hand lettering.

The navy ( darker in the pics than in real life

) and orange colors were a fun combination to work with.

The beautiful photographs  of baby Teagen were by Christy Persichini.

I loved hand lettering the saying she picked from Winne the Pooh.  So sweet! And so true:)

I chose a fancy block lettering for the quote.

And used my Cantoni font lettering style for his name and the word “love”.

Bev did her magic with the layout and in choosing the perfect complimentary text font.

A simple heart adds a sweet touch to the back of the announcement.

The colors and heart were introduced on the return address, lettered in my Cantoni font style.
