I am slightly disappointed with the lack of sunshine this summer. It is now, I guess Autumn, as we are rolling right into August (however, I still count this as the summer). I have started to look at my wardrobe and think of key items which are missing for Autumn/Winter. I have a habit of buying dresses but never have anywhere to wear them, so this season, I am going to stick to buying items which I can wear during the day or when I venture out at night. I definitely don't go out at night as much as I used to..that either means I am getting old or just preoccupied with other things such as blogging, trying to learn how to get better at photography, being creative and just all round tired!!
I fell in love with these DVF boots when browsing Matches Fashion. Generally, Matches Fashion is like reading Vogue..the pictures are beautiful, everything looks great, but justifying spending the money is difficult. Although, instead of spending a fortune on aggregate between H&M, Primark and Zara..I could splurge on one key piece. This is something I would love to save for..

I suppose this is something more for the summer but you can always wear longer sleeves underneath. I love this look with a black or a white tank and skinny black jeans. Can you tell the weather is affecting my color choice!
