INGREDIENTS:
1.Non-Starchy potatoes
2.Oil
3.Salt
4.Water
5. Ziplock pouch.
Procedure:
Peal and cut the potatoes in thick long slices.Add a tea spoon of salt and two tsp of vinegar.Boil them for five minutes.Be sure not to over cook them.Now strain them.Carefully pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.Put them in a ziplock bag and freeze it for about three to four hours.Heat oil and deep fry them.Add salt and they will be ready within seconds.Keep the french fries on a tissue paper to soak away excess oil.You may add chat masala or pepper to them after taking them out from the oil for that extra mouthwatering taste.Eat them with ketchup or just like that!
