Over the years, I have worked with players from the Tee-Ball level all the way up to the professional levels. No matter what the age or skill level of the player, often small adjustments go a long way. Today’s video tip is one example of a small adjustment I look for early on when working with hitters. It is something that is overlooked frequently but, if corrected, can go a long way towards improving the hitter’s bat speed.
