Job was in a flat at Brondesbury Rd, Kilburn London NW6. Boiler was leaking from the cold water inlet to the boiler. When I open it up to fit a new seal it was found that the actual water filter rubber seal is broken. It is very important to fit the filter back otherwise the dirt will clogged up the plate heat exchanger, then it will lead to problems in the hotwater supply pressure and temperature. So a correct filter was fitted and the bucket was removed from underneath the boiler because the leak was fixed. Client’s testimonial: ” Very professional, polite.
