Here’s a very interesting, somewhat scary, 12-minute video. The first 8 minutes read a little like a plot in a modern James Bond movie. They describe the New World Order’s plans and devices to take over the world. The last 4 minutes offer “solutions”.
The video is curious because it’s very well done. The text, the music and the images are smoothly integrated. It’s “professional” quality. That means there’s great technical expertise and/or significant money behind this video.
Nevertheless, the video has been posted on YouTube since March 9th, A.D. 2013, and to date (August 23rd, A.D. 2013), only 3,064 people have viewed it. That’s less than 20 views per day. That bothers me. That means that despite the producer’s expertise or access to cash, this video has been inexpertly promoted. I find that unsettling. How could a video this good be poorly promoted.
Perhaps the problem is that the video is a little scary. It’s so intense–especially during the first 8 minutes when they present the “problems”–that a lot of people may be too uncomfortable to view or recommend the video.
I know the video made me uneasy. On one level I didn’t like it. It was too powerful, too persuasive, too effective. It seemed to sell fear. I don’t like to feel fear. I don’t like to sell fear. Yes, I know it’s hard for anyone, including me, to talk about the problems we’re facing without seeming to sell fear. Still, there’s a “line” somewhere that I prefer not to cross. At times, this video seemed to cross that line.
And yet, I can’t think of anything reported in the video that strikes me as false. Yes, as history unfolds some of the video’s claims may turn out to be mistaken. But there’s nothing in this video’s 8-minute analysis of the “problems” that strikes me as implausible. More I can’t think of any major problem that they’ve failed to include. The analysis seems generally competent and complete.
Plus, there’s nothing in the video’s 4-minutes of “solutions” that strikes me as unwise or ineffective. Again, I see recommendations are both competent and complete. If the 8-minute analysis seemed to sell fear, the 4-minutes of solutions seem to sell hope.
Therefore, I conclude that, despite my initial discomfort, this is an excellent video. I recommend it.
