ARC Brisket Hash { 💸 $24 } smoked brisket 🐮, pickled cabbage, arugula, baby potatoes, mustard, poached eggs 🥚and hollandaise on the side.
Lots of great flavour from all the ingredients 😋, but I only wish there was more brisket 🤤. The meat to potato ratio was wayyy off ⚖️. I know eating at hotels is expensive, but they should at least have better portions to give a little bit more value. By the end of it, there were over half a dozen of potato chunks without anything else to eat... #carbload
