Whenever I get confusion or lazy of morning breakfast ideas I switch to make any fruit smoothie using the available fruits at home.

The combination of apple banana and dates is completely optional. So that you can make with your available fruits. I added dates syrup to sweeten my smoothie. You can add honey instead. While making smoothie recipes, you can add a tbsp of flax seeds which is rich in omega 3 fatty acids. So you feel energetic and filling.

How to make apple banana dates smoothie:

  1. Chop banana and apple as slices.
  2. Remove the seeds from dates.
  3. In a blender or mixer, add chopped banana, apple, dates, vanilla essence and milk.
  4. Blend from low to high.
  5. If you find the smoothie is very thick, you can add some milk and have as your desired consistency.
  6. Pour the smoothie into serving glasses, top with some chopped fruits and honey or dates syrup.
