The chart above is from a survey done by the Public Religion Research Institute. As other polls have shown, the American public simply doesn't want a border wall built between Mexico and the United States. While a few demographic groups say they want the wall, the general population is against it by a 17 point margin (41% laboring to 58% opposing).
