A few years ago I began to see posts on Christopher Villiers' Facebook page. The way he deeply and thoughtfully describes characters and stories from the Bible inspired me to read more of his work. I anxiously await each Facebook post!
It didn't take me long to get my hands on a copy of his book Petals of Vision. It is full of poems about life. As we begin this New Year, what better way than to read Christopher Villiers' book Petals of Vision. The very first poem New Year ...... "I shed the old year, Letting its skin slip from me. A pale freshness shines, possibilities glowing, a lit path to somewhere new." I wish many glowing possibilities to Christopher who has lit a path to somewhere new for me with his book.
