“This next version of DuckDuckGo focuses on smarter answers and a more refined look. We’ve also added many new features you’ve been requesting like images, auto-suggest, places and more. Of course, your privacy is protected as well!” DuckDuckGo team wrote on a blog post.
New DuckDuckGo is quicker and offers more accurate search descriptions. I really liked the new option that allowed me to browse related images and videos without having to change the page. Simply clicking on the images or videos tab, brings up a slider, viewing related content without having to load another page. Also the search results page has been turned into an infinite scroll page, where you can simply scroll down to view more results without having to click next and load different pages.

In short, DuckDuckGo now brings more information with less clicks. You will never see design improvements like this with Google, since the search giant’s big focus on ads and greediness for getting more pageviews.
The reimagined DuckDuckGo is still in beta and it will become default by next month. You can test drive the new beta here.
