We are pleased to announce the first Honorable Mention for the 2017 Public Service Scholarship: Angela Crary.
Since obtaining her bachelor's degree, Angela has been working with Autistic high school students. She is pursuing a master's degree to deepen her knowledge and improve her ability to help special needs children.
Here's what Angela says about herself: My name is Angela and I have been accepted into the Indiana University School of Social Work to obtain my Masters of Social Work degree. I look forward to using this degree to make a difference in the lives of youth in the Cedar Rapids and surrounding communities.
