In the animated short “Omelette,” created by Cal Arts (California Institute of Arts) student Madeline Sharafian, we are invited into the world of one dog who strives to make a difference.
When his owner comes home tired and hungry, this faithful dog anticipates his every need. We are drawn into this world as we see his overworked owner drag himself into the kitchen to prepare his dinner. Barely able to prepare his food, the little dog finds a way to distract his owner and quickly prepares his meal. The ending wil positively warm your heart!

According to her blogsite, Sharafian wanted to create something that “focuses on how meaningful it is to make food for someone you love,“ says Sharafian
“My family's lives practically revolve around cooking for each other, so it's a theme that I'm deeply attached to.”
