Ingredients:
Roasted Gram - 1/4 cup
Pepper - 4 to 5 tsp
Jeera - 4 tsp
Dried Ginger Powder - 2 tsp
Curry Leaves - 1/4
Asafoetida Powder
Salt
Method:
1. In a pan add the roasted gram.
2. Fry and keep on a plate.
3. Fry pepper and keep aside.
4. Fry jeera and curry leaves separately.
5. In the same pan, add asafoetida powder and ginger powder.
6. Allow it to cool.
7. Powder all the ingredients together.
8. Serve with plain rice along with 1 tsp of ghee.
