We’re about to get in to the prime music release season. The time when all the bands that you’ve been hoping release records this year that aren’t named Frank Ocean actually release their records. Sure, not many really do it on the Friday before a holiday weekend because literally no one is paying attention, but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t the brave souls who choose 9/2. This week we have three pretty awesome records to keep us company throughout our end of summer picnics and get-togethers. The incredible Angel Olsen is back with a record sure to end up on a lot of year end lists. Beach Baby, with their laconic brand of garage rock, are ready with their full length that’s the perfect soundtrack to end the summer.
